We need 5 hot sauce connoisseurs to taste our new Haht Jam!. It is made with Strawberries, other fruits, and WHITE sugar - so this is a very sweet product, as jam should be. But, I can't decide if it is too hot, or just right. I think my normal taste buds are used to the heat, so I need help before we launch.
