Haht Meatballs
Haht Meatballs (we call these Haht Ballas):
1 lb. of Beef
1 lb. of Pork
2 Eggs
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Hot or Medium Haht Sahs
Mix everything together. If you your meat is too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs.
Roll up meatballs with a 1.5" - 2" diameter.
Grill/smoke on cherry/apple wood
Flip once. Keep an eye on these so they do not over cook.
1 hour on the grill.
