Many minds went bonkers during Covid. Trace's mind was no exception. After watching the entire series of Netflix's "Breaking Bad" and the movie, Chef, over 35 times, the realization of becoming a bio-chemist looked possible, but creation of The Haht Company seemed a better choice. After learning to distill NJ Agave Spirits in her backyard (shhh), completing extra training in food science and filtration, and doubling down on chef skills, Haht Products were born at the end of 2021.
Favoring spicy margaritas, Trace decided to focus her creative juices on the bar. Of all of her creations, the Haht Mix line is her passion. These 2 products show that booze-free options can be preservative-free, with no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, offering the specialty beverage market real fruit flavors not constructed in a lab, that are scalable.
Everything’s better with a little spicy kick. There aren't enough preservative-free options for those who don't drink, including athletes and Moms-to-be, looking for flavors to surprise them. This is our demographic.

All Haht Company products are defined as “Sweet with a little bit of heat”. The word "Spicy" isn’t just on the label, the drink mix is actually spicy. Be warned, if you don’t like spicy…you may not be our customer. It's ok. We still love you.
